Suhoor and iftar, planned around your household
During Ramadan the question is not just what to eat but when, and for whom. Kerah shifts meal timing to the fast, plans suhoor and iftar together, and keeps hydration in view across a shortened window.
Timing follows the fast
Meals, reminders and notifications move to the eating window instead of firing during fasting hours.
Suhoor and iftar as a pair
Planned together, so the meal that has to carry you through the day is not an afterthought.
Hydration across a short window
Water guidance adjusted for the hours actually available to drink.
Not everyone fasts
Children, pregnant and postpartum members, elders and anyone else who is not fasting keep their own normal plan in the same household.
How it works

Common questions
- Does Kerah adjust notifications during Ramadan?
- Yes. Reminders move into the eating window rather than arriving mid-fast, and meal planning shifts to suhoor and iftar.
- What about family members who are not fasting?
- They keep their normal plan. Fasting is set per person, so children, pregnant or postpartum members and elders are unaffected.
- Is fasting guidance safe for everyone?
- Kerah shows a warning where fasting may not be appropriate and never encourages it. It is a wellness tool, not a medical service — talk to a clinician about fasting with a health condition, during pregnancy, or while breastfeeding.
